It is with sadness that we pass along this information. NOSA S/C (1991), Jerry Moulton passed away peacefully in Newport Beach on November 30, 2025.  Jerry grew up in Marblehead Massachusetts where he began his love of sailing at Pleon Yacht Club. Not only did he become an accomplished sailor, but he was a mentor to many junior sailors.

After Jerry and his wife Betsy relocated to Newport Beach with their three daughters, Jill, Lee, and Kit, he became involved with NOSA. From the start, he truly embodied the spirit of NOSA. His love for NOSA shone as a steady compass, whether steering from the Commodore’s post, sharing insights from a volunteer's table, or at a BCYC or SSYC barstool. Jerry is an integral part of NOSA’s legacy and we will miss him!
