The Newport Ocean Sailing Association (NOSA) announces five new racing & safety seminars to get racers ready for the upcoming 75th Newport to Ensenada International Yacht Race as well as the Newport to San Diego Race April 28-30.
Whether you’re new to racing or have many years of experience, you’ll not want to miss these informative racing seminars from NOSA. Early entries are building for strong competition in both PHRF and Cruising Fleets. Topics will include pre-race preparations, strategies and tactics for overnight racing and special information on updates to this year’s races and pre/post-race events. Racers are asked to sign up for the seminars below
The racing seminars are being supported by the City of Newport Beach, Ullman Sails, Boatswains Locker, Forespar and Navico Brands. NOSA is also pleased to announce that Gladstone’s Restaurant in Long Beach is sponsoring this year’s Yellowbrick Tracking system for both race courses. Also new for this year is a new on-line entry system driven by Regatta Network, making registration easier than before. Racing classes include, ORR, PHRF, ULDB, Cruising (Spinnaker and non-Spinnaker) and Multihulls.
